6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but domestic orders usually take between 5-7 business days, while international orders may take longer. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

7. Do you offer free shipping?  
We offer free shipping on orders over  £50 within the UK and US. For orders below this amount or to other countries, standard shipping rates apply.

8. Can I return or exchange my purchase?  
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the items are unused and in their original condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

We cleanse all of our gemstones before shipment to ensure they are free from any negative energy. However, we recommend that you personally cleanse your stones upon receiving them, using methods such as running them under water, smudging them with sage, or placing them in moonlight.
