Natural White Sage

1. Prepare an abalone shell and place it on a stable surface.
2. Cut the cotton string around the sage bundle and gently separate the leaves.
3. Select 3–5 leaves, ignite them, and then blow out the flame, allowing the embers to produce white smoke.
4. Place the smoldering leaves in the abalone shell to let the natural incense diffuse.
5. During the smudging process, use a feather to guide the smoke toward objects or corners that require purification.

Palo Santo Stick from Peru

1. Place the Palo Santo stick directly in a wardrobe for natural fragrance.
2. Alternatively, light the Palo Santo stick, let it burn for 30–40 seconds, then blow out the flame to produce white smoke.
3. Hold the stick and move it in a clockwise direction, allowing the smoke to envelop the space you wish to cleanse.
4. Open a window to allow the smoke to gradually dissipate.
5. Place the Palo Santo stick in an abalone shell and let it extinguish naturally.
